Our kitchen based in Brussels is where we trial and test every new recipe to make sure each of our energy balls offering is the best it can be.

How it all started
I grew up in a town not far away from Brussels. Our family kitchen has always been my happy place. I used to love watching my mum baking her famous apple pie.
When I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance, I started creating gluten-free recipes. I also really enjoyed discovering healthy natural substitutes to make sweet treats that are nutrition-dense and delicious. After just a few months of avoiding gluten, my stomach aches and negative feelings completely disappeared.
